Alright - so I’ve decided to change the caption of the blog once again. After reading over some of my posts, I felt the new one was a bit more appropriate. Because I often write when I have less time available to me I tend to write in a more unedited stream-of-consciousness style here…so why not let people know that up front eh? Makes sense in my head at least…
Thanks to the heads-up over at Tech In Demand back in January (a post I somehow missed), I’ve now added Kolgoth.com to BlewSpace. What is BlewSpace? I had the same question…but their tagline says it all: “Where are you blogging from?” Although not revolutionary by any stretch of the imagination, it does execute it’s stated purpose very well. It takes Geo-Tagging your blog to the next level and also now has the ability to include RSS feeds in your listing.
Ok… So obviously, you saw my original posts below. They say that we’re going to be a fashion blog for males, etc however, I lied. We’re going to stick to what we do best - live! Alright, seriously, I love fashion but there are a lot better individuals out there equipped to discuss those topics on a regular basis. So what can you expect to find on the soon to be revamped Kolgoth.com? I’m glad you asked.
Everyone always asks me, with the other 5 million blogs on the internet what does Kolgoth.com plan on focusing on? Expect everything a man needs to know to survive in the world today. Our primary focus will be men’s fashion but topics will range to include work etiquette, dating tips, product reviews & previews, cars, tools, food and to put it simply, whatever we feel like posting up here! Unlike some of those other sites out there, our content will also primarily be very budget friendly. Although everyone loves high fashion and it’s nice to see the latest and greatest styles straight from the runway; it’s part of our job to help bring you a fashion conscious wardrobe at a price that your everyday man can afford!
You’ll see everything from reviews of a the latest and greatest cell phone (such as my new Blackberry Curve 8310 from AT&T) or perhaps an iron purchased recently at Target to a particularly interesting piece of furniture, technology or some widget in general that has caught our attention. We also won’t be ignoring some classic goodies either - looking for that great gift for someone or yourself that might be a bit cheaper to find used since it’s a year or two old? Let us know what it is and we’ll see about getting some information for you on it and posting it up here.
Well everyone…after a long stint of being AWOL…we have returned! The previous host, FuitadNET finally killed my old employee account after 3 years so I spent some time moving servers and finally decided upon the current host, HostGator. So far in my conversations with them they’ve been phenomenal so I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship between the two of us.
